DopeTech Nepal operates primarily on a direct Cash on Delivery (COD) fulfillment model. You pay only when your hardware arrives safely at your door.

Physical Cash on Delivery
Hand the exact invoice amount in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) directly to the delivery rider upon receiving your package.
Doorstep QR Scan
Most delivery riders carry digital QR cards. You can complete payment at the doorstep using Fonepay, eSewa, or Khalti mobile banking apps.
Outside Valley Settlement
For locations outside Kathmandu Valley requiring specialized regional couriers, payment terms and freight charges are confirmed via WhatsApp prior to package dispatch.

Security and Price Transparency

· Zero Card Credential Risk: Because payments occur at delivery, our website never asks for or stores credit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords.

· Exact Payable Amount: The amount shown on your checkout summary and delivery invoice is the full and final amount payable. Couriers are instructed never to collect unauthorized surcharges.

· Official Invoicing: Every shipment includes an itemized order slip confirming your gear model, unit pricing, delivery fee, and applicable coupon deductions.
